Parent & Friends Association

The PFA organises fundraising and social events throughout the year for the children and their families to provide much needed additional funds for the nursery.

The nursery is a registered charity and is therefore legally required to have an executive committee.  These executive positions come with certain responsibilities and a DBS check will be required. You can contact the chair of the Trustees on

In addition to this committee we have a fantastic group of ‘friends’.  These are parents who help out at events, so if you’d like to get involved but cannot commit to regular meetings you can put your name on our ‘friends’ list and we will contact you with opportunities to help.  We need to fund-raise to ensure that we provide high quality resources that make the nursery so special.

What We Do

We are a very active and friendly PFA always welcoming new members. Our fundraising activities have included; coffee mornings, sponsored events for children, traditional Easter and Christmas fairs, quiz evenings and moonlit walks.
